Dental Implants
At Saigh Family Dental, we understand how losing a tooth can affect your self-confidence and your overall oral health. Dr. Saigh, our experienced dentist, has the training and education necessary to both surgically place the dental implant and create your new tooth that will be placed on top. During a dental implant treatment, we will:
- Surgically place a titanium post into your jaw
- Allow the gums to heal as the post fuses to the jawbone
- Place a connector onto the post
- Attach your dental restoration on the top, usually a dental crown, bridge, or denture

Bridges
A dental bridge is a permanent dental appliance used to replace one or more missing teeth. Dental bridges are sometime called fixed bridges. A bridge gets its name from the way it works; a dental bridge literally bridges the space left by a lost tooth. There are different dental bridges available, depending on which teeth you have lost. Generally, dental bridges are most useful for replacing a single tooth or multiple teeth in a row. Dr. Saigh will determine what kind of dental bridge is best for your smile after a thorough examination and consultation.
How are dental bridges made?
Traditionally, a dental bridge uses two dental crowns to anchor a replacement tooth in place. The dental crowns are placed on the teeth adjacent to the missing tooth. Your custom-made dental bridge will be checked and fitted to ensure quality and comfort. After we make any final adjustments, the dental bridge is cemented into place.
